How is your jewellery made?
Each piece is handcrafted in my workshop using traditional techniques. Because every item is made by hand, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
What materials do you use?
I work primarily with 925 sterling silver and jeweller's bronze.
How long does it take to make my order?
Most pieces are made to order. From the moment I begin working on your piece, it usually takes around one week before it is ready to be shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
France: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
United States: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch via express shipping.
International orders: typically 5–21 business days after dispatch.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees upon delivery.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever available.
Why do US orders ship via express delivery?
Due to current postal regulations, standard postal services from France to the United States are temporarily unavailable. As a result, all US orders are shipped via an express delivery service.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
Store it in a dry place.
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.
Remove jewellery before swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
Clean gently with a soft cloth.
